LAKSHMINARAYANAN CMP.No.5306 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 1528 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the fourth respondent, CMP.No.5307 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the fourth respondent and CMP.No.5310 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased fourth respondent as the party respondents.

2. I have gone through the affidavits and satisfied with the same.

Accordingly, delay is condoned.
