ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners' dated 04.09.2012 seeking alternative employment as per the G.O.Ms.No.524 dated 21.08.1998 and consequently pay all the benefits.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
