ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) Petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.02.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.403 of 2020, seeks bail.

2. It is a case of jumped bail. Totally there are 3 accused and the petitioner is arrayed as A3. Earlier, this Court by an order dated 09.09.2020 granted bail to the petitioner. Subsequently, since the petitioner fails to comply with the condition, he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.02.2021, simultaneously for violation of bail condition, a criminal case has been registered for an offence under Section 229-A IPC. Now, he prays to grant bail.

3. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner .

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that even though bail was granted to the petitioner, he has failed to comply with the condition, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner . https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
