The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 24.02.2018.

2. The said representation would reveal that the petitioner has proposed to irrigate the lands belongs to him and therefore, he required electricity connection. Thus, the electricity connection erroneously given in the name of the 3rd respondent is sought to be disconnected in the representation. The said representation was given in the year 2018 and on account of efflux of time, the authorities, at this length of time cannot consider the said representation. If at all the grievance exist as of now, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation for the purpose of redressal of his grievances, if any, before the competent authorities in the manner known to law.

3. With these observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
