This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the trial Court on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear all the trial Court hearings without fail in Crl.M.P.No.19227 of 2022 by order dated 22.12.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the final report has been filed and it has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.15 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thandarampattu.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thandarampattu on 20.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.
