JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was authored by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This matter is taken up for hearing today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel appearing for both sides that in paragraph 10 of the order dated 04.12.2024, instead of the word "dismissed", erroneously, it has been typed as "allowed".

2. The said error is to be rectified, hence, the word "allowed" shall be replaced by the word "dismissed" in paragraph 10 of the order dated 04.12.2024. The remaining portion of the order dated 04.12.2024 shall remain unaltered. Registry is directed to issue the corrected copy of the order dated 04.12.2024 to the parties. (R.S.K., J.)
