ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry and to take appropriate action against 3rd respondent/defunct Association in the light of the original complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.9.2011.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 relying on the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent made a submission that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a notice was issued to the third respondent for the purpose of conducting an enquiry. Therefore, the respondents have initiated action and without waiting for the final outcome, the petitioner has chosen to file the present writ petition.

3. This being the factum, the 2nd respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and conclude the same by affording opportunity to the 2/4

parties and thereafter pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
