The above petition is filed by the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2021, filed by the husband seeking dissolution of marriage, on the file of the Sub Court, Paramathi to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The respondent though served has not entered appearance.

3. The petitioner seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Paramathi to the file of the Family Court, Chennai on the following grounds: (a)The petitioner's son has to undergo Speech therapy at Chennai.

(b)The petitioner is staying at Chennai along with her parents and her son. The petitioner and the respondent had never resided together at Paramathi.

4. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given and also taking into account the fact that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is residing at Chennai, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Paramathi is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
