ORDER
The above Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 29.01.2019 passed in I.A.No.10462 of 2018 in O.S.No.394 of 2016 on the file of the City Civil Court, Chennai.
2. When the matter was listed on 07.03.2019, notice was ordered to the respondents and private notice was also permitted. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 13.06.2022 and on that day, the learned counsel for the petitioner called absent. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed 'for dismissal' on 14.06.2022. Again on 14.06.2022, there was no representation for the respondents and however, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought short accommodation to bring the Legal Heirs of the deceased 1st respondent. On his request, the matter was adjourned to 24.06.2022.
3. Today(24.06.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, neither the petitioner appeared in person nor his counsel appeared on his behalf to represent the case. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Page No:2/4
Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
