E.P.No.332 of 2013 E.P.No.332 of 2013 P.VELMURUGAN.,J This Execution Petition has been filed by the petitioner to execute the award dated 27.07.2012 for recovery of full satisfaction of award amount of Rs.64,430/- by the judgment debtors by way of issuing warrant for precept of the movable properties specified in schedule of Execution Petition against the judgment debtors.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
