Seeking leave to institute the suit in respect of the schedule mentioned property, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.Applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire transaction has taken place within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and the respondents are residing/situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
