Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition para 6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3257 of 2020 in Crime No.134 of 2019 by its order dated 21.02.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.PRASANNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore daily at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3257 of 2020 dated 21.02.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3257 of 2020 dated 21.02.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
