This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16563 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14589 of 2022 dated 04.11.2022 directing him to report before the respondent police on the 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m., & 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crlside) that the charge sheet has not been filed, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16563 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14589 of 2022 dated 04.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in two months (i.e., 1st saturday) starting from April 2023, until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
