[Order of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.] This petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu/Thananjian, S/o Mani, aged 40 years.

Mr.Sankarasubbu, learned Advocate, who appears for the petitioner says that the detenu was illegally detained on 07.11.2017 and after a representation had been made by his wife, he was released yesterday i.e., 12.11.2017.

The learned counsel says that even though this petition has been rendered infructuous, he would like to file a fresh petition to claim compensation for illegal detention. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
