ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the case and file the final report in Crime No.115 of 2018, before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate i.e. Learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 13.03.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the 2nd respondent may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
