ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the F.I.R. as directed by the Juidicial Magistrate No.1 Jayangondam by order dated 07.12.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.1581 of 2021 immediately, conduct investigation and file final report within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.138 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 506 (ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPW Act.
