This petition is filed to condone the delay of 215 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant and the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.7.
3. It appears that the impugned order was tagged along with other typed set of papers and shown to have been not properly filed. Hence, the delay occurred.
4. Having heard the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the view that the delay occurred is not found to be a deliberate one and hence, we deem it fit to condone the delay of 215 days in filing the above Writ Appeal. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly. Registry is directed to number and list the writ appeal next week.
