O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in the writ petition is only for the limited scope and therefore, he prays this Court to direct the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2017, in which, till now no order has been passed.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that there is no evidence available to prove such representation made to the 2nd respondent.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without going into the merits of this case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2017, after affording opportunities to the parties concerned and to pass orders on merits, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send a copy of the said representation along with the copy of this order to the 2nd respondent. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
