O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking disposal of O.S.No.64 of 2018 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Poonthamallee.

2. From perusal of the A diary extract and documents that has been produced before this Court, it is seen that there are two interlocutory petitions filed one under Order 3 rule 2 of civil procedure code and the other petition filed under Order 7 rule 1 of civil procedure code and both

the petitions were returned and yet to be numbered. The suit has been filed in March 2018 and written statement has been already filed and the matter was posted for framing issues. Since the petitioner is aged about 90 years on the date of filing the plaint, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the suit.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the fact that issues are framed in the above suit, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the District Munsif at Thiruvallur, Poonthamallee to dispose of the suit on or before 31.08.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, provided there is no other impediment in the form of I.A. requiring adjudication.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
