C.M.P.No.5587 of 2024 in C.M.P.No.24290 of 2023 in S.A.S.R.No.78850 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is taken out to order substituted service by Paper Publication in one issue of Tamil daily having circulation near the address of the Respondents 2 and 6.

2. Since the petitioner is unable to serve the respondents 2 and 6 despite taking steps, this petition is ordered and this Court permits the petitioner to take substituted service by paper publication in one issue of Tamil Daily ''Makkalkural'' both having circulation in Chennai and Tirupur, apart from affixing the notice on the Court notice board as well as the last known address of the respondents 2 and 6 for the hearing date on 04.04.2024. The publication shall be effected ten days prior to the date of hearing.

3. Meanwhile, fresh notice shall also be taken to the 5th respondent, returnable by 04.04.2024. Private notice is also permitted.

4. Post the matter on 04.04.2024.
