This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28847 of 2022 by order dated 24.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem and it is yet to be taken on file.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem on 27.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.
