CRIME NO.575/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P No.350/2022 dated 10.01.2022 at Dharmapuri Town police Station on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of S.MANIMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.350 of 2022 by an order dated 10.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Dharmapuri Town Police Station on every Monday and Saturday is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Dharmapuri Town Police Station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
