1. This is an application filed by the original respondents seeking a direction from this Court that, the order of attachment, dated 26.02.2015, be raised, as a settlement has been reached with the original applicant, i.e.,M/s.Sundaram Finance Limited.

2. Issue notice. Mr.S.Suresh, accepts notice on behalf of the original applicant, i.e. M/s.Sundaram Finance Limited. Mr. Suresh waives service.

2.1. Learned counsel further submits that, no reply needs to be filed, as he has instructions to the effect that the applicants have paid the settlement amount to his client.

3. Accordingly, the prayer made in the application is allowed. The order dated 26.02.2015 is raised.
