This petition has been filed to amend the Crime number as Crime No.RC.032 2021 A 0010 instead of Crime No.Not known of 2022 and to amend the offence under Section 120-B, and Section 420 of IPC and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 instead of offences under Section 406 and 506(i) of IPC and to amend the satisfaction Court as the learned XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai instead of the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai 08 in the above Crl.O.P.No.321 of 2023 dated 25.01.2023.
