This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Town Police Station, Tiruvannamalai daily at 10.30 a.m., for eight weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for another eight weeks in Crl.O.P.No.3055 of 2023 by order dated 09.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram and it is yet to be taken on file.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram on 23.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.
