C.M.P.No.5802 of 2021 in C.M.A.No.SR.29481 of 2021 V.M.VELUMANI, J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 5th respondent is the owner of the vehicle and the petitioner has not sought any relief against the 5th respondent, hence, prayed to dispense with notice to the 5th respondent.

3. Mrs.A.Subadra, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that the respondents 1 to 4 have no objection in ordering this petition.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 5.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 9 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
