The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC in Crime No. 308 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

Mr.M. Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner was arrested in another Crime No.364 of 2020 and today he is produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur through P.T. warrant. 3.
