Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2020 for cancellation of patta and issue patta in the petitioner's name in respect of land measuring 4 Acre 0.68 cents in S.No.18, and 7 Acres and 21 cents in S.No.586/1A1C, 5 Acres and 23 cents in S.No.542, 6 Acre 77 cents in S.No.19 of Mathuvarayapuram Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the

petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2020 for cancellation of patta and issue patta in the petitioner's name in respect of land measuring 4 Acre 0.68 cents in S.No.18, and 7 Acres and 21 cents in S.No.586/1A1C, 5 Acres and 23 cents in S.No.542, 6 Acre 77 cents in S.No.19 of Mathuvarayapuram Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 02.06.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the second respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 02.06.2021.
