This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the complaint given by one Jothi, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.195 of 2021 and the same has been closed on 17.11.2021. He would further submit that as of now no case is pending against the petitioner and that the respondent police is not harassing the petitioner.
3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
