This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 5th respondent to act upon the order passed by the 4th respondent dated 10.12.2024 and issue the necessary proceedings wherein the petitioners are seeking for access to the pathway in order to reach the main road from the patta lands belonging to the petitioners.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 10.12.2024 is under consideration by the 5th respondent and necessary orders will be passed, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.Considering the written instructions received from the 5th respondent and the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 5th respondent to convey the decision taken to the petitioners, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
