Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that although the approval has been granted in favour of

the petitioner but till date the salary has not been paid from the date of his appointment.

2. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that after verification of the petitioner's school certificates and appointment order, the salary will also be paid to him, within a period of two weeks thereafter.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
