ORDER

The petitioner has approached the first respondent with his representations dated 08.04.2019, seeking sub division of his property in S.No.227/7A, 227/8, 227/9, 228/5 of Porpadakurichi Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District and to issue separate patta.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents, and makes a statement on instruction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 11.00 a.m, on 20.05.2021 in the office of the Revenue Tahsildar, Kallakurichi Taluk / second respondent herein. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the Revenue Tahsildar, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District, is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks ( after the conclusion of the General Election-2021 of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly ) from 20.05.2021.
