O R D E R

The petitioner filed the Contempt petition stating that notwithstanding the order passed by this Court on 12.03.2015, the respondents have not paid him salary.

2. The interim order was granted only to maintain

status quo with regard to the employment of the petitioner. Even according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is still in service. The grievance of the petitioner that he was not paid salary, is a different cause of action. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to initiate fresh proceedings to redress his grievance.

3. The contempt petition is closed with the above observation.
