ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Due to gang rivalry,this accused along with other accused have formed unlawful assembly with deadly weapon and assaulted the defacto complainant with knife on 28.01.2022. This petitioner, who is arrayed as A3 was arrested on 02.02.2022. The injured person has sustained head injury, treated with 8 stitches and got discharged recently. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor apprehends that if the petitioner is released on bail, there is every danger to the life of the defacto complainant.
