This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the bail bond before the Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham as imposed by this Court vide order dated 23.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.31866 of 2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order to execute the bail bond before the Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham as imposed by this Court vide order dated 23.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.31866 of 2022.
