Challenging the impugned order, dated 13.06.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur in Crl.M.P.No.10 of 2022, this criminal revision case has been filed.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner produced typed set wherein the photostat copy of the book for indigenous chit conducted by one Vijayalakshmi and other materials to show unorganized chit conduced, are produced. The 1st respondent is the daughter of Vijayalakshmi, the 2nd respondent is the husband of 1st respondent and the 3rd respondent is the son of Vijayalakshmi. They have all shown as Subscribers to the chit whenever there was shortage of any Subscribers. Taking advantage of the same, now they projected as though they have lost money and cheated by Vijayalakshmi. The family members are shown in the chit group to deceive and cheat others. The 4th respondent Police despite receipt of such materials, not caused any enquiry or investigation in this regard and failed to entertain the complaint of the petitioner.
