Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of mandamus directing the the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to forthwith relieve the petitioner from the office of the 4th respondent and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to accommodate him in the Department of Town Panchayat based on the representation dated 19.06.2014 which was recommended by the 2nd respondent dated 30.08.2014. In view of the narrow prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2014, seeking to send him back to his parent department viz., Town Panchayat in the light of the recommendation made by the second respondent dated 30.08.2014, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
