ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J) The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to process the application of the petitioner made vide Application No.2470 of 2015 dated 07.08.2015 for enrolment as an Advocate in the Bar Council of Tamilnadu, without reference to the case registered as against the petitioner in FIR No.69 of 2015 dated 28.02.2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent police.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.
3. Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is granted to withdraw the case and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
