ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.It is a case of phishing using credit card details and spent the money of the gullible account holders. The petitioner herein, who was appointed as Executive Sales Representative for State Bank of India credit cards, has passed information to the other accused, who has used the data and siphoned the money. The modus operandi adopted by the accused persons indicates that the data furnished by this petitioner has been used by the other accused to contact the customers of the State Bank of India and the other Banks and to allure the financial credit limit and get their OTP by impressing the customers disclosing their personal data, which is only available with the State Bank of India, unknowing the fact that these details were given by this petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the call details now been traced and the service providers are asked to give details to the subscribers of those phone numbers. Some of the accused from Delhi and other parts of the country have been identified and the investigation is proceeding on those lines.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent further states that if the petitioner is released on bail at this juncture, there is every possibility of fleeing away from the investigation and tampering the evidence. This Court is convinced on seeing the call details secured by the investigating agency so far and it is not a fit case where the petitioner is entitled for the liberty to grant bail, when the investigation is at very crucial stage. Hence, the petition for bail is dismissed.
