This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 109 days in representing above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Ms.Elizabeth Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to over sight, the case papers were mixed up with some other papers. Hence, the delay of 109 days was occurred.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and after gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 109 days in representing the above civil revision petition is ordered.
