O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel submit that by a subsequent development, the writ petition itself is disposed of though an order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ passed by this Court in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in W.P.No.31619

of 2015 dated 07.10.2015 has not been complied with, for which, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that by an oversight the said order has not been complied with.

2. Prima facie there is disobedience of the order passed by this Court. However, this Court does not express any opinion in this contempt petition in view of the fact that the writ petition itself has been disposed of by this Court. Suffice it to state that the respondents will be more responsible in future while dealing with the Court orders. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
