O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection to enable the petitioner to erect a compound wall and also issue directions to the 2nd and 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and closed in C.S.R.No.2081 of 2018.

3.It is seen that it is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the counter part. Hence, this Court is not inclinded to grant the prayer sought for by the petitioner. However, if any threat is caused to the petitioner by the defacto complainant, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint before the 3rd respondent Police and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry with counter part and take suitable action in the manner known to law.
