ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent to register the complaint dated 02.06.2016 and file a final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 02.06.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is being conducted in CSR No.165 of 2016. The complaint essentially appears to be a money dispute between the parties and therefore, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
