Learned counsel appearing for the appellant states that the appellant died on 10.06.2022.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) produced the photocopy of the Death Certificate issued by Ganganagar Municipality at Rajasthan indicating that the appellant, K.Venkatachalam S/o Kasi died in the Government Hospital Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. 3.
