ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.02.2021 seeking for the pre-closure of his housing loan by one time payment and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the account itself was closed and the certificate has also been issued on 30.03.2023.
