ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking too relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.16835 of 2024 on 13.06.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.16835 of 2024 on 13.06.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
