The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 10.09.2014 passed in WP.No.24590 of 2014.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the

respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent has passed an order in G.O.(3D) No.215 Agriculture (Ve.Ni.5) Department, dated 10.07.2015, rejecting the appeal filed by the petitioner. Accordingly, the order of this Court has been complied with.
