Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the second respondent's proceedings vide R.No.62336/E1/S4/2010-53 dated 28.8.2014 and quash the same, consequently, direct the first respondent to provide the post of Health Officer in Tamil Nadu Public Health Service, 2010-2011 to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The learned Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the third respondent/Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was appointed as Health Officer in Tamil Nadu Public Health Services through Supplementary List. In view of the fact that the writ petitioner has already been appointed as Health Officer in Tamil Nadu Public Health Services, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
