3.It had been contended in the affidavit that though the Award was passed on 07.02.2024, and the copy application was made on 09.02.2024 and the copies were delivered on 28.03.2024, the same was sent belatedly by the learned counsel to enable filing of appeal within time. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
