ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to register the Complaint preferred by the Petitioner dated 03.03.2016 on file and investigate the matter in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the complaint dated 03.03.2016 has been sent by post to the respondents.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the second respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 03.03.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
